HOW IT WORKS
HOW IT WORKS
PROMOTER PROFILE
PROMOTER PROFILE
Event Creation
Step 1. The promoter begins by creating an event using a step-by-step guide, ensuring all essential information is provided for participants and the public.

Matchmaking
Step 2. Once the event is created, the promoter can share it with coaches by providing a unique event link, allowing them to nominate their fighters.
Step 3. Once coaches nominate their fighters, they’ll appear in the submitted list for matchmaking.
Step 4. The promoter and* coaches can now create match proposals for the nominated fighters. This is where the fight weight, number of rounds and time per round is set.
Step 5. Once a proposal is submitted, a 3-way chat begins for approval. When all parties agree, the matchup appears in the fight schedule.

Matchmaking & permissions
The promoter can set two types of matchmaking permissions, which define the level of matchmaking access coaches have.
A. Promoter-to-coach and coach-to-coach matchmaking
Access: Coaches can view the nominated fighter list and create match proposals for their fighters.
B. Promoter-to-coach matchmaking
Access: Coaches can't view the nominated fighter list and have to wait for the promoter to create match proposals for their fighters.
Match approval
Step 3. Once a proposal is submitted, a 3-way chat starts for approval. When all parties (the coaches and the promoter) agree, the matchup is added to the fight schedule.
